Facilities Maintenance Group
Our famous 'Wednesday Work Group' is always looking for new members
This group meets every Wednesday at 9am, and supports our Facilities and Operations team in maintenance work and odd-jobs.
Is this role for me?
This is a perfect role for retirees or part-time workers with general 'handyman' skills. You will need to enjoy working with a small, close-knit group of like-minded people and be willing to turn your hand to any jobs that come up.
Minimum requirements:
Ideally, you will be skilled in the use of power-tools, mowers, scrub-bar etc. and / or skilled in driving 4-wheel drive vehicles off-road on steep terrain. Physical fitness is also required for some tasks e.g. track building and maintenance. It's a great way to share skills and pick up new experience.
