Volunteering as a ZEALANDIA Ranger Guide is a great way to meet like-minded people and get involved with one of New Zealand’s most exciting conservation projects.
As a Ranger Guide, you will get to learn about some of our rarest native species and share your knowledge and enthusiasm with visitors from all over the world. Once you have completed your training, you will go on the roster to deliver ZEALANDIA’s programme of free Ranger Talks and guided tours.
Experience with guiding, training or working with groups of people is preferred. If you have the right skills and interests and can commit to at least one full day or two half days a month for a minimum of six months, we would love to hear from you. We’re particularly interested in people who are available to volunteer mid-week.
Email Pam Fuller or call on 04 475 8240. Applications close on Friday July 30th, 2010.
ZEALANDIA is a non-profit organisation. 100% of all proceeds from visitors directly support our conservation, education and advocacy goals.
