Join our Nursery Group
Do you have green fingers and an interest in restoration? We need keen gardeners to help out in our native plant nursery.
Our native plant nursery provides most of the trees, shrubs, herbs and grasses we plant in our sanctuary. It is a jointly managed by the Trust and Forest & Bird's Wellington branch and is situated in the adjacent suburb of Highbury.
The Nursery Group meets fortnightly on Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings. Dates are set six-monthly.
Is this role for me?
An interest and experience in gardening and plant propogation would be useful. Basic knowledge of native plants is also prefered, but if you have the enthusiasm and committment thi is a great opportunity to learn more and share your own knowledge!
