Quiz Evening and Auction
Saturday 6 June
Whether you’re a wise old owl or more of a bird-brain, the annual Quiz Evening and Auction is a fun way to help our volunteers raise funds for our day-to-day operations.
This annual event organised by any volunteers wanting to be involved is held at the main hall of the College of Education in Karori. Fun to be at and fun to help with; these evenings have raised $65,000 over the past seven years.
How you can support this evening:
- Enter a team – 8 people per team. $20 per person (this includes several door prize draws). BYO drinks and nibbles. Continuous cuppa and slices available. If you don't have a full team do not fear, we will squeeze you in somewhere!
- Sponsor a table– have the name of your business on one of the tables. Your name will feature on the screen throughout the night as scores are shown. We allocate one of the teams entered to your table if you aren’t entering a team.
- Sponsor a round – there are ten rounds of questions. Your name could be on one of those rounds.
- Provide items to auction or raffle– see last years auction list as a guide to the range of lots we auction each year.
- Promote the evening – by downloading the poster and circulating it by email or putting it on notice boards.
- Donate toward the running costs of the evening
