Terms & Conditions of Karori Sanctuary Trust Membership
1) A photo must be provided for your Membership record and/or Card. Photo's are held in our secure database and deleted 6-months after a membership has lapsed. If a hard copy photo is provided, it is scanned into the database and either returned or destroyed.
2) Your membership card must be presented to receive member benefits.
3) Membership cards are not transferable - only the people listed under a membership are entitled to member benefits. Further proof of identity and/or age may be requested at any time.
4) Fees are payable for educational visits, guided tours and certain special events. The 50% member discount on the ZEALANDIA night tour applies only to members attending the tour.
5) Conditions of entry available in the ZEALANDIA Visitor Centre and website must be adhered to.
6) Membership cards are only issued once; replacements will be charged at $5.
7) In subscribing for membership, you consent to Karori Sanctuary Trust ("KST") collecting your personal information, storing your personal information in its database, and using your personal information to contact you (including after your membership has expired and either through KST's employees or its volunteers) about any special events, newsletters, membership renewals, promotions or benefits offered by KST, and any other matters which reasonably warrant KST contacting you. You may, by writing to KST, request KST to update or correct your personal information.
8) The Trust reserves the right to cancel membership if any of these terms or conditions are breached.
9) Membership fees and/or terms and conditions may change without notice.
